Camp Description:
The Blue Devil Football Camp is a non-contact camp for athletes entering 5th—8th grade. This camp is designed to introduce the game of football and expose the participants to all related skills and positions. It will concentrate on instruction of fundamentals, techniques and skill development, as well as, the Blue Devil Football Program. One major emphasis will be the use of safe blocking and tackling techniques for the prevention of injury.

Camp Daily Program:

THEME OF THE DAY / FOOTBALL 101
Pride, teamwork, sportmanship, work ethics, safety, rules, positions, strategy and health.

FUNDAMENTALS AND TECHNIQUE
Blocking, tackling, stances, handoffs, running, throwing, receiving, kicking, and punting.

INDIVIDUAL OFFENSIVE SKILL / DEFENSIVE GROUP / TEAM
Linemen, LB, DB
